Why our working students wanted to stay at Zielpuls
When you are still studying, you are often still reorienting yourself and trying out different working student jobs, internships and industries. At Zielpuls, we want to offer our working students the chance to become part of the Zielpulsbande after their studies. We asked 3 colleagues why they absolutely wanted to stay at Zielpuls after their Bachelor or Master studies!

What was the decisive reason for you to join Zielpuls permanently after your working student job?
I joined a great team with a very exciting project. I was able to learn a lot during my time as a working student and was involved in all topics and tasks from the very beginning.
How long were you a working student at Zielpuls before you started your permanent position?
I was a working student from October 19 - April 20, so just over 6 months.
What do you like most about Zielpuls?
The philosophy of the company, the opportunity to work internally and the collegial environment.
How has your work changed since you became a permanent employee? What do you like about it?
I have been given more responsibility for my tasks and now attend customer meetings more often. I like the fact that I can manage my own time and have a lot of freedom.

What was the decisive reason for you to join Zielpuls permanently after your working student job?
The cooperation between the people. Through other jobs, I have already seen what the atmosphere and quality of work can be like in other companies or corporations. At Zielpuls, on the other hand, I was well received from the start and considered a full team member. Since I also enjoyed the work very much and I was always very well trained in the topics, it was not difficult for me to decide to work for Zielpuls.
How long were you a working student at Zielpuls before you started your permanent position?
One year, during which time I also wrote my master's thesis.
What do you like most about Zielpuls?
I especially like the personal interaction with each other, working in a team and the opportunity to support and learn in different areas.
In what way has your work changed since you became a permanent employee? What do you like about it?
Definitely the responsibility! I like the fact that I was given a lot of trust by my technical coach relatively early on, and I am now proud to be independently responsible for the technical quality of my project.

What was the decisive reason for you to join Zielpuls permanently after your working student job?
The collegial relationship, the many opportunities for further training in the form of courses and interesting/complex topics that you have to get to grips with.
How long were you a working student at Zielpuls before you started your permanent position?
I started as an intern in September 2018 and completed my internship semester at Zielpuls. After that, I continued working as a student trainee and am currently writing my bachelor thesis at Zielpuls.
What do you like most about Zielpuls?
The cohesion of the colleagues and the many activities outside of working hours. You can approach your colleagues at any time and get support for questions and tasks. I also like the solution-oriented thinking and the drive to optimize. As a result, you become more creative yourself, discover new potential and can help shape it.
How has your work changed since you became a permanent employee? What do you like about it?
I'm still writing my bachelor's thesis and can't say anything about it yet.
