Zielpuls | News | “Once Zielpuls, always Zielpuls” – 5 questions to our returnees

Would you return to your old employer? If it is Zielpuls - of course! We asked 3 Zielpuls returnees why they once left Zielpuls, what they learnt from their time without Zielpuls and why they finally became part of the Zielpulsbande again! Once Zielpuls, always Zielpuls - right?!

What was the significant reason for you to return to Zielpuls?

It was the emergence of CoC Systems Thinking while I was not working at Zielpuls. This trend fits perfectly with my Master. In addition, the fast and competent communication during my application phase and the development of my master thesis topic was an absolute plus.

What made you change your employer back then?

I wanted to get to know new things and gather knowledge from other areas, e.g. IT or production engineering. I also wanted to get to know other company cultures.

What do you particularly like about Zielpuls?

I especially like working with my colleagues. There is a very good internal cooperation. There is also the possibility to develop your own topics, although the money is earned with external projects.

Did your "time out" give you new perspectives on your work at Zielpuls?

Not yet. Working as a student trainee has little to do with my current master's thesis at Zielpuls.

In retrospect, would you do the same again?

Yes definitely! Getting to know other companies has brought me nothing but advantages and at the same time has confirmed me in writing my master thesis at Zielpuls!

What was the significant reason for you to return to Zielpuls?

The two managing directors Marc and Markus and the Zielpulsbande!

The two managing directors have founded a company that is true to itself and a team that maintains such a cohesion that the decision to return was already made after 5 minutes.

When I wrote my first message to the Zielpuls team after my return, I received within the first 10 minutes some answers from team members who immediately gave me the feeling to be back at the right place.

Zielpuls gives you the feeling of home and family. This is exactly why the employees at Zielpuls develop an extraordinary commitment to the company.

What made you change your employer back then?

I was 23 years old at the time and realized that I needed to develop my professional skills again. That's why I decided to go back to school for another year.

What do you particularly like about Zielpuls?

I like the team spirit, the loyalty and the openness for new things.

Zielpuls focuses really on the people. The company trusts its employees, which is what drives me personally to try out new things again and again, and also to face tasks that seem too big for me at first.

Has your "time out" given you new perspectives on your work at Zielpuls?

After my further training, I knew in what direction I wanted to develop my professional skills. At Zielpuls, Marc, Markus and Inga always supported me and showed me the different paths I could take.

Now I am in the personnel department and am doing my bachelor's degree on the side. I am extremely satisfied with this ;)

In retrospect, would you do the same again?

Yes!

What was the siginficant reason for you to return to Zielpuls?

Who wouldn't want to be the assistant to the best bosses 😊

What made you change your employer back then?

My position at that time, combined with my family and the commute to work, was difficult to deal with. Now my job has changed, and that makes it easier for me to keep everything well balanced. I benefit from flexible working hours and I can do my job both at home and in the office.

What do you particularly like about Zielpuls?

The people and the teamwork are amazing. What's also excellent is that I can now combine work and family well. It's great to be back here.

Looking back, would you do the same again?

I've only been back recently, but yes, of course I would do the same again.
